i went away to college, and they have you install security programs on your computer. While i was at school i had to install a bunch of other things as well, i downloaded aim, and stuff like that so i could talk to my friends, adobe reader, and things like that. now im at home, and i wanted to uninstall everything that i dont use becuase my desktop looked like a mess. so i did. its currently not hooked up to any internet or anything. ever since i did that, every time i try to log on, or try to click on anything, it starts to load, but just ends up looking stuck and a blurry picture. Also the monitor goes on and off all the time! everytime i try to click on something it does that also. sometimes it will go into sleep mode and even if i move the mouse it doesnt wake up! one time a blue screen came up and was like ''if this is the first time seeing this message, restart the computer. if its not do the following.'' its a dell and windows, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Back up your data and reinstall Windows from the CD that should have come with your laptop. Sounds like you removed some things you shouldn't have. While it might be possible to figure them all out, and reinstall them, it probably would take a lot more time and effort.
