I have run a spyware scan and a virus scan with ''ZoneAlarm Security'' and restarted my computer.. it is still very slow.. especially my internet. What else is there to do to clean up anything i wouldn't want on my computer and how?

You should use ''Spybot''.It's very effective.I don't have anymore problem with spyware,pop-up or Trojan.I came across this software in PC World Magazine.You can download for FREE.Check it out here:

You can run defrag or there should be a disk cleanup option under my computer. Otherwise you will just have to go through what you want to keep and what you don't want to keep or get more hard drive space or upgrade to a computer with more ram. It all depends on what version of windows you have if it's a pc or if it's a mac, etc.
