Computer randomly freezes then restarts! help!?

ok well i have a pretty much new windows HP computer...well it randomly freezes then restarts..with out warning..buit doesnt happen daily or anything...then it tells me a serious problem has occured or whatever and then it says to send or dont send error report..

well some1 told me to delete a KB920925 (or something like that)Security update from my computer and i think it worked b/c my computer didnt do this anymore...but now its doing it again!! i dont know what to do? some1 help...please make it simple too!
