well norton i know really slows it down i myself have seperate programs
well some do. practically the suites are somewat weak cozz like if u r talking abt zonealarm their firewall is good but the antivirus tht comes with the suite is weak..

i would suggest one solid antivirus like nod32 or avira antivir.. and for firewall use free sygate or kerio or jetico all free.. for antispyware spysweeper from webroot.com
